A worker forgot their login

Ask them to tap "Sign in" and use the "Email me a link" option, or the admin can resend the invite from the dashboard.

A certificate isn't scanning

Email the certificate ID (bottom of the PDF) to hello@toolboxtalksafety.co.za and we will re-issue.

I need an invoice re-sent

Reply to your proposal email or contact us with the proposal number.

Report a safety issue in a lesson

Please include the module number and screenshot if possible so we can correct content quickly.
